We are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter at Hazeley Enterprise Park! Our collaboration with The Kitchen @ marks a major milestone in the Park’s development as we work together to create a vibrant café and events hub in the stunning South Downs National Park.
Set to open in early summer 2026, this new space—currently known as The Hub—will provide flexible facilities designed to serve our tenants, the local community, and the wider corporate hospitality market. With planning consent secured in spring 2024, we will begin construction by summer 2025. The entire redevelopment project includes an additional 9,800 square meters of floor space, meeting the growing demand for innovative and sustainable business spaces in the region.
We’re particularly excited to welcome The Kitchen @, led by Owner Ben Shaughnessy, to the Park. Ben and his team’s enthusiasm for this opportunity is infectious, and they’re already exploring leasing an industrial unit on-site to streamline their group operations and bring even more value to their catering and hospitality venues.
Hazeley Enterprise Park is already home to a thriving business community that includes incredible companies like Jude’s Ice Cream, Dutch Masters, and Cyclife Aquila Nuclear. This new café and events hub will further enhance the Park as a destination for innovation, collaboration, and growth—all set against the beautiful backdrop of the South Downs.
