Nestled among the rolling hills of the South Downs, Hazeley Enterprise Park is the perfect home for Jude’s ice cream. Not only is it a naturally beautiful location, the access and proximity to major transport links supports the efficient distribution of our ice cream.

From my perspective the location of Hazeley Enterprise Park is the key to its success. Most of our business is to the north so ease of access to the M3 and A34 is paramount. The majority of our deliveries come from mainland Europe and drivers have no problem finding us. Being so close to Winchester is great from an employee perspective and the excellent on-site management means that any problems which arise are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Before setting up the business at Hazeley I worked in central London so the location couldn’t be more different. It’s a very easy place to operate from and our personal customers appreciate the ease of parking too! As for the management team, we really appreciate their ‘hands on’ approach: they communicate well and are very responsive to any problems, however minor, helping to create a strong sense of community.

I researched many sites in Hampshire to host our business, Aquila Nuclear Engineering in 2011. Hazeley stood out for me for many reasons, good quality accommodation, stunning location and surroundings which wowed both clients and employees alike.

We are excited about the next stages of development and are working with the landlord to expand our facilities further. It’s not just about additional space for expansion, our employees are eager to see the development of facilities for a café, recreational and meeting spaces, cycle routes and enhanced transport links.
