Progress at Hazeley Enterprise Park is moving fast, and over the last month, we have witnessed one of the more impressive feats of the build, the concrete floor pour for our new light industrial units.
It sounds straightforward, but watching the Stepnell team and their skilled subcontractors in action tells a different story. Concrete comes out of the hose fast, and from that moment it’s a race against time. A coordinated team working in perfect sync to spread, level and finish before it sets. Every second counts, and every person has a job to do. It’s a genuinely skilled operation, and the results speak for themselves.
The finished floors look brilliant, smooth, solid, and ready to support the mezzanine levels that will give our incoming tenants the all-important extra space and flexibility.
