Northfields House is a two-storey office building with extensive parking. All our new tenants are familiar faces to us and we have enjoyed ongoing relationships with them over many years.
Complete Marine Freight is a freight forwarding and boat shipping specialist for the transport of sailing yachts and motor yachts worldwide. They also handle movements by air, sea and road of all marine related equipment. This global business had previously rented temporary space at Hazeley Enterprise Park and have now returned to take a five-year lease at Northfields house.
Security and Vetting Solutions Ltd simplifies the security screening and vetting processes ensuring they are completed quickly, accurately, to high standards and complying with policies and legislation. They have been renting office space at Hazeley Enterprise Park since 2013. In that time their business has significantly expanded and they have now moved into a larger space in Northfields House.
Hursley Workroom is a traditional sewing workroom whose highly experienced seamstresses hand finish soft furnishings to the highest standards. They have been based at Hazeley Enterprise Park for many years in various units and are now moving into Northfields house with the aim of being able to expand their business and offering further.
We hope all three businesses enjoy their new offices and the additions the Park’s planned redevelopment will bring.
