It’s been great to see real momentum on site over recent weeks. In our first phase of light industrial units, doors and windows are now going in, and the concrete floors have been laid. This feels like a major milestone as these spaces really start to take shape.
Alongside this, the first phase office building is progressing well, with the steel frame and roof now complete.
At peak times, there are more than 100 tradespeople on site, which gives a real sense of the scale and energy behind the project. Roadways are also beginning to take shape, helping define the park’s layout and bringing the overall vision to life.
Just as importantly, we’ve been meeting a wide range of fantastic businesses interested in calling Hazeley Enterprise Park home, across both office and light industrial space. The level of interest and positivity has been hugely encouraging.
Plenty more to come, but it’s exciting to see everything coming together.
