The New Chapter

We are pleased to announce that we will be undertaking a comprehensive expansion of Hazeley Enterprise Park. The high-quality development will offer energy-efficient office and light industrial buildings that complement the surrounding area and respect its position within the South Downs National Park.
The redevelopment is the culmination of extensive consultation, planning and collaborative efforts aimed at revitalising the site and creating a vibrant, sustainable hub for commercial activity and local employment.

A new chapter for Hazeley Enterprise Park

The redevelopment project is expected to address the shortage of quality business units in the area. We have already had interest from potential new tenants. This will mean more local employment opportunities.

Developing excellence

Architectural renders and design by Provision

Designed with the future in mind, Hazeley Enterprise Park will incorporate many sustainable features reflecting a commitment to energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. The new commercial units will be single and two storey, with photovoltaic panels and sections of extensive green roofs, which score highly for energy efficiency. Less impactful travel choices will also be supported with electric car charging points and cycle storage for each unit.
We have worked extensively with planning, architecture, urban design and ecology specialists Pro Vision, alongside the South Downs National Park Authority and other stakeholders on the design development. Collaboratively we have ensured that the social, economic and environmental aspects for sustainable development will be met, whilst the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of the area are also enhanced. The redevelopment makes efficient use of land in an accessible location.
“It is great to have secured a resolution to grant consent for this redevelopment, which represents several years of effort by a strong consultant team, including engaging with the local community and helping to shape the Neighbourhood Plan and then creating the master plan for the next generation of this important site, respecting its landscape setting.  We look forward to helping implement the scheme over the next few years, which will be a great asset for the local economy”.

Creating a hub

At the heart of Hazeley Enterprise Park will be the Hub. This will be a place for everyone, tenants and the community alike. We are building a café and meeting/events space to bring people together for on-site food, drink and hospitality.

We are creating an environment where people can take a break from their work space, somewhere for informal meetings and a place for the local community to enjoy.

We plan for the Hub to also be available for private hire. This exceptional space, with its unique nature backdrop, will make it the perfect venue for meetings, training and curated events.

Surrounded by nature

Hazeley Enterprise Park sits in an enviable position for those who like to spend time outdoors. The peaceful and relaxing wider environment will naturally support a better work life balance.

Tenants and the local community alike will be able to benefit from taking walks in parkland and woodland. For those who like to get a little more active, we plan to create a trail running track.

We will be giving nature a helping hand too. Enhanced wildlife areas are being created alongside the redevelopment. We will be introducing new grassland species and broadleaved woodland as well as improving the overall quality of tree stock within the Park.

During construction some areas of the site will be restricted for non-tenants. However, on completion, additional pedestrian and cycle connectivity with the village will make it easier for the local community to interact with the new wildlife areas.

Part of the community

As part of our commitment to the neighbourhood, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new community fund for Twyford. This fund will award grants annually to organisations that support community activities in the village.

The grant is now closed for 2024, and will reopen in autumn 2025

We are committed to being good neighbours and making a positive impact on our local area. Our high-quality development will offer smaller scale, energy-efficient commercial buildings that will complement the surrounding area and respect our position within Twyford and the South Downs National Park.

The redevelopment of Hazeley Enterprise Park addresses the shortage of quality commercial units in the area. This will attract new tenants which in turn will see more local employment opportunities.

Our new Hub with its café area and events space, as well as the beautiful parkland, will be there for the community to enjoy alongside the businesses who work here.
