Pro Vision joins Hazeley Enterprise Park as a landmark partnership enters a new chapter

Hazeley Group is delighted to announce that Pro Vision, an employee-owned consultancy providing Town Planning, Architecture, Urban Design and Ecology services across the South of England, has relocated its Winchester office to Hazeley Enterprise Park in Twyford, marking an exciting new milestone in a working relationship that stretches back more than 25 years.

Pro Vision’s move brings its entire Winchester team together in one location for the first time, with a modern, purpose-fitted workspace offering enhanced collaboration, improved meeting facilities and room to grow. With plans already in place to expand into the adjoining unit in Spring 2027, the relocation reflects the company’s confidence in its future as it approaches its 30th anniversary.

The connection between Pro Vision and Hazeley Enterprise Park runs deeper than a typical landlord-tenant relationship. Pro Vision has worked alongside Hazeley Group (formerly Humphrey Farms), for over 25 years, playing an active role in shaping the site’s design and planning. The building Pro Vision now calls home is one they helped design and secure planning permission for, making this move a fitting expression of what a long-term partnership can achieve.

Hazeley Enterprise Park continues to go from strength to strength, with their exciting redevelopment programme well underway. A new café and events space, open to both tenants and the wider community, is among the highlights of the next phase, which will further cement the Park’s status as a thriving hub for growing businesses in the heart of the South Downs National Park, close to Junction 10 of the M3.

Nikki Bream, Group Managing Director at Hazeley Group, said: “Pro Vision has been a trusted partner for well over two decades, and it’s genuinely wonderful to see them make Hazeley Enterprise Park their home. This is exactly the kind of long-term, values-led relationship that defines the community we’re building here. We look forward to growing alongside them in the years ahead.”

Reflecting on the move, Katherine Miles, Director at Pro Vision, said: “As an employee-owned business, it was important that our new office reflected the way we work, bringing our team together in a collaborative, modern environment while giving us room to continue growing. Our new office provides a bright, modern workspace that brings our co-owners together and creates an environment where collaboration can flourish.  The move reflects our confidence in the future, with plans already in place to expand into the adjoining unit in Spring 2027, creating additional meeting rooms, office space and a dedicated breakout area.”

Richard Douglas, Architectural Director and long-term employee, said: “It’s particularly rewarding to move into Hazeley Enterprise Park. Pro Vision has worked alongside the Hazeley Group and before that Humphrey Farms on this site for over 25 years, helping to shape the development.  Occupying one of the buildings we’ve helped design and secure planning permission for is a tangible demonstration of the long-term relationships we build with our clients.”

Richard Osborn, Associate Director and one of the company’s Employee Trustees, who has also worked with Hazeley Group over many years on multiple projects, said: “As an employee-owned business, it was important that everyone had the opportunity to influence the location, design and fit-out of our new office.  We’re proud of what we’ve created and look forward to welcoming clients and collaborators into our new home.”
